Are the Golu dolls handmade?
Yes. Every doll is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and natural materials, then hand-painted. Because each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in finish are natural and make your set one of a kind.
What materials are the dolls made from?
Our dolls are primarily made from eco-friendly terracotta and clay, finished with safe, non-toxic paints. They are lightweight yet durable when handled with care.
Do you ship across the USA and worldwide?
Yes. We ship across the USA with free shipping on orders over $99, and we deliver worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the USA usually takes 4–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How are the dolls packaged for safe delivery?
Each doll is wrapped individually and secured with protective cushioning inside a sturdy box, so your set arrives safe and ready to display. Fragile idols receive extra padding.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchange on any items. Please ensure your selection is accurate before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team atswatikausa@gmail.com for assistance!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I add a customized nameplate to my Golu set?
Yes! Many of our sets offer an optional personalized nameplate. Just add your name in the customization field on the product page before adding to cart.
How do I care for and store my Golu dolls?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and direct sunlight for long periods. After the festival, wrap each doll in soft tissue or bubble wrap and store in a cool, dry place. A care guide is included with every order.
